Short Run Die-Cutting
Total Studio specialise in producing samples and short run die-cut products.
We print and die-cut any shape up to a flat size of 305 x 585 mm. Our digital die-cutter can perforate, crease and cut all in one pass using a dual tool head.
Setting your artwork for us to die-cut is easy. Simply create a different spot colour for creasing, cutting and perforating and our software will take care of the rest. Below you can find some examples of products we die-cut for our clients.

Using our digital printer and die cutter we can produce numbered cloakroom tags. Printed to your design we can include a hole for the coat hanger and a perforated numbered tear off stub.
